This site exists for a simple reason: having somewhere to put the pictures makes me go out and take more of them. It is a hobby, not a business, and the archive here is deliberately small. Photographs only make it onto the site if I still like them a few weeks later.

Most of what you will find was photographed in the morning or evening, often in weather that sensible people stay indoors for. The wildlife work is the slowest of it. The film work is the least predictable, there is no screen to check, and nothing to do but wait for the roll to come back.
